Happy Happy Easter

Happy Easter

Hi Everyone,

Happy Easter & Springful April. We are already one fourth of the way through the year. It has truly flown by. There is a reason why they call the year of the Horse, which symbolizes vitality, speed and perseverance.

Spring is slowly peaking its way in in the Midwest, with very few bushes beginning to gently sprout; the grass is turning green, I had to literally take a picture of it and am angst to have Spring come NOW. The trees are still bare, and I can't wait for them to be adorned by their new attire of leaves and the flowers to start blooming, not one yet... it's coming...

Celebrating Easter

This Sunday we are celebrating Easter. I really love traditions and have fond memories of Easter, especially going chocolate egg hunting and trying to beat everyone to find the most of them. Also, it was always so exciting to see what the Easter bunny would bring. Every Easter Sunday, the four of us kids were eager to wake up, run upstairs in our pajamas to see what the Easter Bunny had brought us.

There were always four baskets sitting on the side dining room table filled with goodies, bunny chocolates, chocolate eggs, cards, etc., every time.  We had the best Easter bunny. What fond memories do you have from Easter. What new experiences would you like to create?

For me Easter is about celebrating life. I truly believe in the Resurrection and the lessons Christ taught us by leading the way and reminding us that in Truth, that "there is only life." What does it mean to you?

On another note, there has not been much time to paint, since I am preparing for a test in a new career that will be shared later, once the test has been past. Fingers crossed.

This week I realized how much I missed painting and have started the one below on the bicycle. The other is a sold piece that I love.

Healing & Awakening

In the beginning of this month, we also celebrated the Full Moon. It can always be sensed when it is coming it. A soothing powerful energy starts creeping in showering us in a delightful way enveloping us like a warm peaceful blanket. Have you ever noticed it? Then, it can come in like a huge wave, slamming us down or we learn how to tuck down under it will just go by. Either way, it will always bring good changes with it.

There is so much going on in the world that can sadden our hearts. It is important to remember that during these times of awakening a lot of darkness has to move OUT! It gets stirred and seems larger than it is, yet the Rays of Love and Light and the Lightworkers at all levels are working hard behind the scenes to clear it all out. We need to remember that the Truth will always remain. Keep the hopes up.

Here is a new meditation that may be helpful in these times.

Also, today we are celebrating 4 - 4 - 2026 a magical day reminding us that angels are always with us.

The Resurrection continues to remind me of forgiveness. Rising above of what has happened to us and offering it to the Light.

Sometimes it is not easy to forgive someone because of the deep hurt that it brings to our hearts and minds. Yet if we realize that by forgiving that someone, we are the ones who heal and become free and, in that Freedom, we can lead happier and healthier lives.

If you can't forgive that person, perhaps you can begin with, "I have the willingness to forgive you," and see how that feels. Then perhaps take the next step? When you are ready?

There are many people in my own life that have hurt me deeply, yet it has been so liberating to let them go and let them be. There is an indescribable feeling of inner freedom that takes place and healing definitely occurs. Try it...

Thank you for reading my Newsletter.
It is always very much appreciated.
Let me know how you are doing.

Happy Happy EASTER & April

Rise Above &
Choose Freedom

Celebrating Father's Day & Summer Solstice

! Happy Father's Day & Summer Solstice   Hi Everyone,   We are midway into June. Summer is here! It is nice to see everyone coming out of their caves, riding bicycles, playing tennis, golf and so many other sports Yes, pool included which is where I dive almost in every day to refresh from the heat.  The heat is really on sometimes. The sun is flaming strong these days warming us sometimes more than we'd like. Sometimes it feels like we are about to melt. In some places the temperature is rising over one hundred degrees Fahrenheit, 38 degrees C.     That is why a good splash in a cool lake, the ocean or a pool can be so inviting even an ice-cold shower is soothing when it is the only thing available.   How is your Summer getting started? We are also celebrating Father's Day this month. What are you doing to celebrate this time? Whether you are a father yourself and/or are celebrating your father. What are ways you feel th...

Celebrating May & Mother's Day

Celebrating May & Mother's Day   It's May already. We are almost halfway into the year. Can you believe it? Time flies by.  Everything is fully blooming right now, offering us an array  of  bright and beautiful colors in a diversity of shapes and forms.  Nature can truly be mesmerizing and enchanting. This is the month we celebrate Mother's Day. In Guatemala it is always celebrated on the 10th of May regardless of the day it falls  in . In the US it is held on the second Sunday in May,  which is this coming Sunday May 11th. This day and perhaps every day  it   is important and valuable to celebrate our mothers who gave us life.  Life blesses me with an  incredible mother. Even though many times throughout life we had our differences.  S h e was quite a remarkable woma n  sand wish I would've gotten to know her better. I really miss her sometimes. Many times she comes to me in my dreams. So...

Tribute to My Mother

Tribute to My Mother Helen Eileen Overa Thompson de Brose My mother and I...  the Beginning It's been 2 years today July 21st, since my mother passed away, Helen Eileen Overa Thompson de Brose. I will never forget that day. she had been in a nursing home for quite some time due to dealing with dementia and other issues. the last years I had spent time every week doing video calls with her through Zoom, and I used to sing to her "Over the Rainbow" every time, her favorite song. She many times responded with tears in her eyes, saying, "it's so nice." Thank goodness she was always cognitive, you could have a wonderful conversation with her and it was always pleasant to talk to her, all the way to the end.  However, she did not remember who you were sometimes or where she was or what she was doing. She forgot everything that had happened a moment ago.  I also tried to call her every other day and just tell her that I loved her and would also sing to her over the...
