Happy Fall Equinox & Full Moon Celebrati

Happy Fall Equinox
& Full Moon Rising

Hi Everyone,

Fall is kicking its way in, turning trees and weather into a different direction. Gently but slowly, tree leaves are transforming into their amalgamation of yellows, oranges & reds, while the weather is brrrrly becoming colder. We have had a lot of rain here non-stop. Feels like England weather. How is it where you are?

We are stepping into Autumn equinox today. The beginning of Fall as mentioned previously. It is my second most favorite time of the year, with Spring being the first. What is your favorite time of the year? What good memories does it bring?

These days between the change of weather, the full moon coming up and all the changes happening in the world, can make you feel a bit upside down.

It will soon turn around

I don't know how Summer speeded through, but I have not had much time for painting. This month, my main focus has been on recreating my website and working on my third book.

The editor that had offered to review and edit my book has dropped out. His own personal dreams are coming to fruition, and I am happy for him.

However, the project has been delayed. My hope was to have had it published by November ~ aiming for February now.  Unless a true miracle happens and it still can. Yet I have learned that when something does not take its place, something better and brighter is on its way for everyone involved...

Here are the book covers I have been working on.
Which of these two are you leaning towards?
I would very much appreciate your feedback.

Celebrating Autumn Equinox

Today we are celebrating Autumn Equinox, the first day of Fall in the Northern Hemisphere. A time to start anew and leave all those old shoes behind. How are you clearing your own space? My invitation is to go through your kitchen cabinets, rooms and several closets and get rid of what you no longer need or have used within a year. One small space at time.

Take a look at your walls. How long have those paintings, decorations been there? Maybe things can be moved around, or new additions can be brought in to make your space happier, lighter and livelier. You can even choose a corner, remove all items, dust clean and perky it up, then put everything right back as it was.

You will feel a positive shift of energy. Try it! I did with a corner bookshelf. What a difference!

This is a time when slowly the nights become longer, a time to reflect in what has been harvested in our lives thus far.  A time to slow down and not push, review, clear, let go and rest. What are your plans for this Fall?

I continue to offer beautiful uplifting healing sessions through Zoom worldwide.
You can check my renewed website if you'd like.

There are free meditations you can enjoy on the meditation page.

Lastly, the next Full Moon will be on September 26th, the energies are becoming increasingly intense, if you feel dizzy at times make sure you ground yourself by placing your feet on the ground and your back to a wall until it passes or walk barefoot on the grass. You can also celebrate the Harvest Full Moon by breathing deeply, lighting up a candle, putting on some nice, pleasant music. Relax and open to receive the moons beautiful powerful healing light.

Thank you for reading the Newsletter
Let me know how you are doing?

I would love to hear from you.

Celebrating Father's Day & Summer Solstice

! Happy Father's Day & Summer Solstice   Hi Everyone,   We are midway into June. Summer is here! It is nice to see everyone coming out of their caves, riding bicycles, playing tennis, golf and so many other sports Yes, pool included which is where I dive almost in every day to refresh from the heat.  The heat is really on sometimes. The sun is flaming strong these days warming us sometimes more than we'd like. Sometimes it feels like we are about to melt. In some places the temperature is rising over one hundred degrees Fahrenheit, 38 degrees C.     That is why a good splash in a cool lake, the ocean or a pool can be so inviting even an ice-cold shower is soothing when it is the only thing available.   How is your Summer getting started? We are also celebrating Father's Day this month. What are you doing to celebrate this time? Whether you are a father yourself and/or are celebrating your father. What are ways you feel th...

When Old Souls Meet

When  Old Soul Meet It was dark. The night had fallen. The curtain of the day had drawn coming to its end. She sat by the window viewing the trees that stood proud and firm beyond and before her, as the wind blew and made its branches gently rock, dance. She sighed kicking off her shoes, rubbing  her feet as she lay to rest in the small peach sofa bed she sometimes fell asleep in.  She continued to view out the window as the night grew dimmer. Far away she could see a star or two and recognized it was Orion - the three stars in the center of a square. Again. She sighed. Was it the beginning? Was it the end? She untied and loosened her long brown hair that was set tight in a high ponytail. Her long pink fingernails brushed through her hair as she let go of the day. Then as she continued to view out the window, his image came into her mind. She had not thought about him for a very long time. An increasingly long time. The memories started to creep in and cuddle her to...

Betty the Bumble Bee

Betty the Bumble Bee Time is ticking and so is Elda's heart. She sat on the back porch of her house on the old wooden rocking chair that squeaked every time she gently rocked back and forth, back and forth. The rays of the sun were settling through the uncombed branches of the trees and garden where many wild animals nest and thrive. She knew it was coming close. She knew. She had had dreams about it and her whole body could feel it. A shift. A major shift. How it was going to take place was still inquirious. Yet, that it was going to happen, was a certainty. She drifted into a sleep, as the rocking chair continued to nestle her with its squeaky song, helping her to fall into a deep slumber. All of a sudden, the wind blew strong, forcing the screen door to open, blowing into Elda's face, awakening her, as it stirred and uncombed her long silky blond hair. She stretched and lifted her delicate body and walked into the side door, where she had, a...
